Tarbiyatus Solihin [Educating the Righteous] – a name inspired by Kitab Riyadatul Sibyan, a classical Arabic text on educating children, by Imam Muhammad Bin Ahmed Al-Ramli. Linguistically, the term ‘Tarbiya’ has three meanings. It means ‘increase’, ‘growing up’ and ‘to make right’. For this reason, al-Qurtubi defines it as ‘the reaching of something to a state of perfection, step by step.

’Solihin means the righteous. Acting in a way that invokes the inner peace. It is a firm set of beliefs and actions that will keep your life balanced and safe.

رَبِّي هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِنَ“

My Lord, grant me a child from among the righteous”. (Surah As-Saffat, 37:100)
